Refund Policy Template

Refund eligibility, time limits, partial-refund rules, and exceptions must be displayed before a paid order is enabled. No general legal entitlement or exclusion is asserted by this technical template.

When a refund is approved and completed, the Vault order state changes to refunded, entitlements and memberships sourced from that order are revoked, and active unused download tokens are invalidated. Immutable order, payment, refund, entitlement, and audit events remain for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
