Use Of The Website

You may browse the website for personal learning, research, and creator workflow discovery. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use it for unlawful activity.

AI tools, model behavior, workflow availability, platform pricing, and third-party links can change quickly. AI-KSK tries to keep information useful, but the website is provided for informational purposes and may contain outdated, incomplete, or experimental material.

You are responsible for checking the latest rules, prices, licenses, and safety requirements on the third-party platforms you use.

Third-Party Services

The site links to external services such as RunningHub, Bilibili, YouTube, Civitai, Compshare, RunPod, GitHub, and other creator platforms.

AI-KSK does not control those services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, billing rules, content rules, and community guidelines.

Vault Accounts And Digital Resources

Vault access may be granted by membership, CDK, individual resource entitlement, enterprise seat, or a separately agreed service arrangement. Access is personal unless an enterprise license states otherwise. Users must not share credentials, bypass access controls, distribute private download links, or redistribute files beyond the license attached to a resource.

Resource compatibility depends on model, node, Python, PyTorch, CUDA, operating-system, and hardware versions. Check each resource page and test in a controlled environment before production use.

Orders, Delivery, And Refunds

Prices, currencies, delivery scope, update periods, and license terms shown at order creation form the order snapshot. Digital delivery may use a short-lived download token, private object-storage URL, or controlled redirect to a third-party storage provider. Refund eligibility and entitlement revocation are described in the refund and digital-delivery policies.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-KSK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website, reliance on content, or use of third-party services linked from the website.
